About the region

Our Northern Thai menu explores the gentle, aromatic flavours of the mountainous Lanna region. Expect earthy herbs, moderate spice, sticky rice, pork, freshwater fish, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and fermented soybean products.

Rooted in the heritage of the ancient Lanna Kingdom and influenced by neighbouring Myanmar, Laos, and southern China, Northern Thai cuisine reflects the region’s mountain landscapes and cooler climate. The menu features classics such as gaeng hunglay, miang khum, and Nam prik ong.
